Also, did you know that there are government subsidies available for children under the age of 17? The Commonwealth Child Dental Benefits Schedule provides assistance for basic dental treatment over a two-year period for eligible 2–17 year olds. Works that are included in the Schedule are dental check-ups and teeth cleaning, fillings, X-rays, extractions and root canals.
